Standard guests and Club Azure guests have separate arrival areas, helping to distinguish the upgraded experience. Welcome drinks and buggy transfers make the process feel easy, particularly for guests staying farther from the main building. The standing check-in arrangement is efficient, although it can feel slightly impersonal compared with the seated check-in offered by some competing luxury resorts.
